Well I was just about to give up, when I had a good talk with my wonderful friend (well text). We decided that we will work really hard and eat so healthy for 5 out of the 7 days. The other 2 days we will relax. I can do that, RIGHT! I mean I will have 2 days to eat what ever I want. Now my plan is to not go crazy but if I want to I can. I am hoping that with that in mind I won't feel so tied down.

Here is another fun idea I had. I love pinterest! I have found some pretty great ideas to getting in shape. The only problem is they just sit in my boards and I don't do anything with them. So I am going to call this the pinterest life change!! I am going to try new thing throughout the week and post about the success I have found with them. The first one I want to start with is one I have used for a while. It is a special drink from  Dr. OZ.

To boost weight loss - 2L water, 1 medium cucumber, 1 lemon, 10-12 mint leaves. steep overnight in fridge and drink every day. Also great for general detox--including clear skin!

It's 2 liters of water 1 medium cucumber, 1 lemon, 10 to 12 leaves of mint. I tell you what when I drink this I can feel such a difference. I don't love it but I love the way it makes me feel. So I have been slacking on making this every night so this week I will have it everyday for 5 days!

so true

I also liked this little thought. I want to eat better and take better care of my self. Lets see if I can gain that lasting will power to carry it out!

So I had big plans for last week, ummm wish I could report that I was successful. I had a small most humbling accident that left me deflated. I took a bit of a fall, in the middle of the street. Yep it's the truth, fortunately it was dark and there weren't any cars coming and I really don't think there were that many people around. Even if no one saw me I was mortified, and my pride was hurt, not to mention my knees were pretty banged up. I guess I was so embarrassed because I just kept thinking about those heavy people who fall on the tread mill on "The Biggest Looser." It made me realize I need to feel better about myself. So here's to another week and another try at making myself more self confident.

I also thought this was eye opening!

thats gross..hitting the gym after seeing that

I found this little thought and I love it...

#StartNow #DontQuit

So tomorrow is my day 1of week 1 (because I am starting over) But seriously think about it it's only 12 weeks! That's nothing! I can do this..... I CAN DO HARD THINGS!!! Some people may laugh that I consider this hard but I have created such bad habits and I give up on myself the minute I crave junk. I justify my goals away. Well I am going to work hard this week. I am going to remind myself that it is only 12 weeks!!! Also as I have mentioned that when I want something I like to picture myself doing or having it. Well I would like to fit in some cute clothes so I try to picture myself that way. So here is the cute outfit I willl be picturing myself in....

Mustard and navy

WOOT! WOOT! don't you love it!!

Here we go week 1!!!!!

So here I am almost at the end of my first week. Sadly there's not much to brag about, but because I am being positive I will mention a couple of things. I did really well drinking my special water mixture. That's 2 liters of water with 1 medium cucumber, 1 lemon, and 10 mint leaves. I am going to be honest, I don't love it, however I can truly feel the difference. I didn't have any soda, Woot!Woot!

I also did get 3 really good workouts in. I usually do 5 but  for some reason I was struggling with severe headaches. The workout I did today did a number on me. I can barley move my body! It is a good feeling! I saw this little picture and it made me think of myself, love it!

Ok I am on day two of my new years resolution, and well I wish I could report that I had done so much better, but I haven't done awesome but I haven't done terrible. I can be really hard on myself  when I mess up, and then that leads to just giving up because I tell myself there's now use, "you've failed." I started to do this yesterday, and I stopped myself because you know what I did do some things pretty good. I woke up early and exercised, and I didn't have any soda. I did have a few sweets but not like I had been having so not so bad. I decided that I will take baby steps.

I have things that need to be worked on I need, need, need to make sure I have a good healthy lunch. I hate making myself lunch and so I just snack and that leads to huge calorie build up. That is something I will work on.

I also learned a lesson about exercise. I woke up this morning with a killer headache and laid back down promising myself I would exercise in the afternoon. Well this is all I can say about that.

Well hello there!! I know not a real big surprise that I decided to come back when it's a new year. I have highly enjoyed the holidays! My hind end not so much. It is time to buckle down and get serious about my health. I saw this little quote and loved it because it fits me to a tee!!

giggle

I am sad to say that I really did this! Gross, I know, but if I am going to be serious about this I can't have junk food hanging out in my cupboard tempting me! and throw it away? Now that is just wasteful!

I have thought a lot about goal lately. I recently did a church lesson on goals and it made me evaluate my life and the goals I have for it. I found some awesome quotes on goals and I also felt that fire within start to build up and I am ready to take this on.
Goals
So here's to a great year!

AHHHHAAAAAA!!!!! I have been struggling with posting on blogger.I don't know what was going on but I made it work today! Yipeeeee! So I found this little challenge and I decided to take it on. I love, love, love fall! I love the weather and the smell in the air. I thought this would be a perfect challenge for me to truly appreciate the season. I have to say it has been wonderful. I told Kev it's like a detox to go out and walk for just a bit. I have made it a point to not put too much pressure on myself, I just want to enjoy the beauty around me. I get a chance to reconnect my thoughts and try to work out any worries I may have, I have enjoyed it!
